Club Awards - 2020/2021

The club presentation night will take place in late March 2022 after the cross country season has finished. Performances between March 2021 to March 2022 will be taken into account for the awards.

  1. Coaches Runner of the Year - an athlete chosen by the head coaches who have excelled in every department and achieved big over the year.

  2. Runners Runner of the Year - an athlete chosen by the NEP running community who has gone above all others in performances, support, and inspiration.

  3. Most Improved Athlete - the athlete who has shown the greatest amount of improvement across the year.

  4. Most Inspirational Athlete - the athlete who has inspired others to reach their potential more than anyone else.

  5. The Personality of the Year - the athlete who has been the life and soul of the club and who has given a positive impression on those within the club and outside of the club.

  6. Zoomer of the Year - the athlete who has been the most committed to the Zoom S&C and Yoga sessions and shown the greatest progress.

  7. Junior Male and Female Runner of the Year - the male/female junior athletes who have shown the greatest performances in all disciplines and inspired other juniors to be the best they can be.

  8. Greatest endurance performance - the athlete who has delivered quite simply the greatest endurance performance of the year across track, road and cross country.

  9. Best Newcomer - the athlete who has adopted the NEP philosophy best within their early days of arriving at the club, this is a highly adaptable and courageous individual.

  10. Male and Female Track Runner of the Year - the athletes who have delivered the greatest performances on the track (800m plus).

  11. Male and Female Road Runner of the Year - the athletes who have performed best on the road events from 5K to Ultra.

  12. Male and Female Cross Country Runner of the Year - the athletes who have performed best in the mud! From individual performances to delivering success for their team.
