We offer personalised training plans for runners of varying abilities and ambitions. We pride ourselves on giving training plans that work with people's schedules whilst making sure people reach their goals. Our training plans are based heavily on science and knowledge acquired from leading research and practices from world renowned coaches; Jack Daniels, Renato Canova and Aurthur Lydiard to name a few. Personalised Training Plan

To start your journey with us you must first fill out an inquiry form on the link below. Once completed we will provide you with a FREE consultation including:

  • Analysis of your previous training.

  • Establish training zones and paces.

  • Recommendations on future training and training plan options that fit your goals.  

Goal Specific

Sessions will be designed to hit your goals. Our plans have a developmental aspect to them thereby each month will build on the previous month.

S&C Support

All plans will come with a specific strength and conditioning plan to make you a stronger, faster and injury resistant runner.

Race Planning

Whether you are gearing up for your first 5k or marathon our plans will be periodised. Thus giving you the best possible chance on race day.

1-1 Support

Each week your assigned coach will be in contact with you. Good communication between athlete and coach is essential for a training plan to be succesful.

  • Strong communication between the athlete and the coach with regular updates via text, email, phone, or in person. 

  • Our job is not to tell you what to do but instead to empower you with the knowledge to become a greater athlete.
