North East Project is now offering personal running sessions adhering to the latest guidelines set out by England Athletics and the government.
This is a positive step back to some normality of what we love to do, although the safety of our athletes is the highest priority therefore all necessary precautions will be in place.
Each session will last around 60 minutes containing the following elements:
Warm-up and running technique drills.
Main session (intervals, tempo, repetitions, etc).
Strength and conditioning routine.
Warm down, stretching, and mobility work.
