Personal Sessions

1-1 sessions

North East Project is now offering personal running sessions adhering to the latest guidelines set out by England Athletics and the government.


This is a positive step back to some normality of what we love to do, although the safety of our athletes is the highest priority therefore all necessary precautions will be in place.   

Session details

Each session will last around 60 minutes containing the following elements:

  • Warm-up and running technique drills.

  • Main session (intervals, tempo, repetitions, etc).

  • Strength and conditioning routine.

  • Warm down, stretching, and mobility work.

Kieran Walker

Kieran founded the project in 2018 with a simple objective of sharing his passion for runnning. He has competed at a national level with pb's of 15:09 and 31:13 for 5k and 10k respectively.

Ben Palmer

Ben joined the project in March 2019 and has had an immediate impact on the development of the project. Competively he is one of the best middle distance runners in the country for his age with a 1500m pb of 4:03.
